Funday Friday

Today was Kinley's first day out of school. Love having all my kids home. We slept in. Ate lunch at McDonald's (Kinley's choice def not my fav!) she played with Hudson in the play place.

Then we went to creekmore park to play.

We of course road the train. Which is absolute heaven for my train obsessed boy!

Then finished the day up with snocones!

A lot of my friends always tell me how jealous they are of me having such the age gap because Kinley is such a great helper. Which she is!!! But in the same breath it's hard because I lug a toddler & a newborn to 4 hour long track meets & school functions. And I know Kinley doesn't love playing in the play place or going to toddler time at the library but I'm so thankful she does & that she doesn't complain about it:) 

Thankful for all my kidos and every different stage of life they are in. Teenager Toddler Newborn. Life is interesting!!!

She tiny!

Well there is no doubt Hudson loves his baby sissy because he is ALL OVER her! He's not rough he's actually very gentle most of the time. His favorite thing to say when people ask about her is "she tiny I love her". So sweet:)! 

He thinks she needs to nap with him. I of course move her after he falls asleep. But some days he will not lay down until I bring her in there.

But he also thinks he needs to check on her constantly while she naps. So funny because she already huffs and rolls her eyes when he comes around when she's trying to nap! 

We made our first family outing when she was four days old. We went to Brandon's grandparents for lunch.

Then that Monday I had to run errands and she had a doctors apt. It was the first time I've had to manage a newborn and a toddler. Thank goodness it was a success;)

And then there were 3!

Well we became the proud parents of three on April 8th, 2013. Last picture of this pregnant girl!

We checked into the hospital at 6am and they broke my water at 1 that afternoon. Everything went so well aside from the fact that my epidural didn't work which was fine since I never felt any bad contractions. Tons of friends and family were in and out so it was easy not to focus on the pain. I only had to push a few times but not gonna lie those four pushes were the most intense 15 minutes of my life!!! Miss Analyn Kate arrived around 5:15 weighing 6lbs 8oz and 19 1/2 inches long with just a smidge of hair. 

Nothing describes the love you instantly feel for your newborn baby!! 

Brandon wasnt to sure what to think about having a baby girl but I'm quite sure she already has her daddy's heart:)

So thankful for all our friends and family who came to welcome our girl into the world. Even Kaylor came to visit only being three weeks old. We will use this picture for their wedding slide show;)

And here she is all ready to go home! Very happy that we only had to stay 24hours I was ready to be back home with our little family.

34 weeks.

Well just 38 days or less until Miss Analyn will be here!!! I'm so anxious and so excited to meet her but at the same time trying to not rush things and just enjoy this last month because it may very well be my last pregnancy.

We had another perfect check up this week. The doctor really has to chase her around to get her heartbeat, she may be a tad feisty;)

Her room is coming together still need to do a few things but at least her crib is up and ready!

Hudson is starting to talk more and more about his baby sissy. He was sitting in my lap and I said "ya know momma will have to hold sissy a lot when she gets here" he said "oh momma you no hold her". Ha! So anxious to see how he reacts to her.

33 weeks!

Just six weeks left until we meet our baby girl!!! My Motherinlaw and Sisterinlaw threw us a baby shower yesterday. It was all girl pink pink pink!! Still weird to see all the pink bows frills & tutus right now since I spend my days picking up trains and trucks!

We invited close friends and family. It was so nice to just sit and visit and good food of course:) Analyn got so many cute things!! This girl has a full closet now! I still need to get odds and ends and stock up on diapers. But other than that we may be all ready for her arrival!

Date night.

Brandon's parents asked to keep Hudson for a few hours last night so we decided to run around kid free!! We stopped at sweetbay for hot chocolate & coffee then ran to several stores looking for home decor. Because at 32 weeks pregnant I have decided to redo my entire living room!!!

I'm feeling very crazy at this point simply because I still have to finish Hudson's big boy room and start on Analyn's nursery! Less than 7 weeks!!! That's enough time to redo half my house right?!?

For the living room I am greatly stepping out of my comfort zone. I LOVE all things red but we are doing blues & greens! I sold everything in our living room except a chair & our tables so right now it is very bare! We got a few things accomplished last night: rugs are ordered, two chairs are being made(B had to have a recliner & I hate them so we compromised & got one made that doesn't look like one;)), bought a cute frame for family pics, and my most favorite find these cute pillows that will sit in our two chairs!

31 weeks!

Can't believe I am a little over 31 weeks now! In a way I feel like I have been pregnant forever but at the same time I feel like it has flown by and I have no time left before she arrives!

Cravings: spinach dip & pita chips. This is a new like for me hated spinach dip before!
3 musketeers bars! Horrible I know but I NEED them!;) I love Brandon a little more each time he brings me one home after work:)
Ice water with crushed ice. Pretty sure I consume way over my needed water intake for the day. But still must have a coke here & there!

Weight gain: I haven't really kept track but pretty sure I will end up weighing way more this pregnancy than the last!! I have NO WILLPOWER. Doesn't matter how full I am if something pops in my head I must eat it!

Maternity clothes: I've had a rough time with clothes. Maternity pants won't stay up on me because my waist is still small since she is curled up in a ball in my rib cage! And my regular jeans button but not comfortable. And me & the Bella band are not friends!!! She has failed me every time I've tried to wear it. Once in Walmart! So if you see me in the same pair of jeggings day after day this is why.
